Near fine copy of stated first edition in very good Brodarted dust jacket. There is a previous owner's red H stamped in a circle twice early in the book, some foxing and damp spots to the end papers and pastedowns. Dust jacket sunned and stained at spine, bumped at top of spine, and there is a small chip from top front of dust jacket. This is the author's third novel. Book has burgundy cloth boards with silver lettering on spine and cover. 245 pp.
