Near fine copy of first printing of first edition of author's first book in near fine pictorial Brodarted dust jacket. Boards and spine a little sunned and faded, endpapers and edges of text block yellowing nicely. Dust jacket is also a little sunned and shows some edgewear. Book has cloth boards with green lettering on spine and a green cat scene on cover. 128 pp. Contains many black-and-white Barry Geller illustrations. Biography of author's cat. This is a clean, bright, tight copy. Must read for animal lovers, especially cat lovers.
